This study examined the effect of recurring expenditure financed by external grants on sustainable economic development sub - Saharan Africa Countries. paper asked participation as one source funds, separately from international finance perspective; mechanism domestic did not talk about. filled this gap in literature determining grants. The adopted a time series research design where secondary data were used. population was and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) 1988/89 2019/20 financial years (Annual Data). sample size 32 observations. Purposive sampling used to choose Tanzania area research; collected Organization for Economic Co-operation Development (OECD).The parameters tests such test co integration unit root investigate co-integrating vectors. After that, Autoregressive Distributive Lag Model (ARDL) carrying out find results. finding shows influence development; with P- Value 0.002. At same inflation rate looks be insignificant 0.719. recommends order encouraging development, government must proceed promote relationship nations giving programs which are consistent supporting programs. additionally, predict requirement introducing strong policies that will assist collaboration donor spend more substantial speculation utilization increase level production affect development.
